In recent years, there has been an aggressive expansion of Chinese manufacturers on the domestic market, whose front loaders are distinguished by affordable prices, fairly good build quality and reliability of components (components and assemblies from the USA and EU countries are often used). This review will introduce the reader to the best models of front loaders in the domestic market. The rating was compiled on the basis of technical characteristics, popularity, as well as feedback from owners who have experience in operating the presented special equipment.

I think Lonking is undeservedly underestimated here. Their equipment is really without unnecessary bells and whistles, but it is made in such a way that it works without problems even in three shifts. We ourselves use their loaders at the enterprise, so I know what I'm talking about. And in terms of cost, it is more profitable in comparison with many well-known competitors. I can recommend.

Agree with the commenters above. In vain you cheated SEM. It is worth talking about him. As for me, he is now the best in price and quality. Plus, the achievements of the popular CAT make a Mercedes out of it for cheap.I myself have a loader, grader and bulldozer in the park. For 6 years, he bought, sold, and gave for rent. Nobody had any complaints. People came and returned for our equipment.

We have been working on the SEM668D for several years now and have no complaints. We work in difficult conditions, the machine does an excellent job. Convenient hydraulic control, good traction.

I don’t know how it is in the North, I haven’t been there, but here in the Voronezh region SEM 656D shows itself perfectly. After all, we also have frosts, sometimes it reaches -30. Starts with a pinch, never had a problem with it. And as for the oils, I agree - it’s better not to save on them and fill them with normal ones, and it’s not known by whom and where they are poured. Generally machine sooooo obedient, manage a pleasure. The cabin is chic, spacious, visibility is excellent. The chair is adjustable in height, can be adjusted to a person of any complexion. Hydraulics is generally flawless, hence the high performance. When the loader was just bought, there were a lot of chuckles in the fist, like the Chinese will not even live to see the winter, they will break. And the 656th has been with us for the fourth year already, and in general there has not been a single serious breakdown, except for trifles. In general, in SEM, from the Chinese campaign, only assembly, the company itself is a daughter of Caterpillar. Accordingly, all components and components are supplied by the Americans, they also control the quality. The Americans once bought this plant and equipped it with their own equipment. So in terms of reliability, the loader can give odds to all well-known brands. A real workhorse, we plow almost seven days a week. We use only a bucket, other attachments without the need.

And by what criteria was it determined that the XCMG LW 300F is better suited for the north? In the north, roughly speaking, any loader will work well if normal winter oils are poured into engines and gearboxes. Is it possible that the stoves in the cabins blow differently, for some people it’s barely felt at all, and for the second ones it sucks so that you sit in the cabin at -30 overboard, and sweat all over ...
By the way, about the north, I worked for a couple of years as a loader operator in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug on gas bushes, where the equipment was mainly Japanese and Chinese. I myself sat at the helm of the SEM 656D, and in principle it was normal)) The car is quite maneuverable, and there are no problems with cross-country ability, it runs perfectly in snow and mud, until the tire tread is not very dead.
The hydraulics are also normal, in the 656D it seems to be a Caterpillar system. 5.5 tons load capacity, 5 seconds for lifting, 3 seconds for lowering .. And the bucket is normally made, it is loaded with crushed stone to the eyeballs, for all 3.3 cubic meters.
In general, when I got a job on a shift and found out that they would put me on a Chinese loader, I thought that it would be a constant headache with him .. But still I was not disappointed, SAM showed itself well in the north .. Yes, even after this brand became the property Caterpillar, you don’t even have to remember about the infamous "Chinese" assembly .. And the assembly standards are essentially the same as theirs.

"Best value for money" I would attribute not to SDLG L953F, but to SEM 655D (no offense to my colleagues who work for SDLG, and no offense to this company, I just express my opinion based on personal experience). So, their characteristics are essentially the same, one and the second have a carrying capacity of 5 tons, and the weight category is the same, except that the EMS weighs less per ton.Even the engines are almost identical, the 655th SAM is labeled G210E24, and the SDLG is G220E23, they literally differ by two digits. Both have 220 hp, the volume and stroke of the pistons are exactly the same, only the SAMovsky has a little less torque. The body kit, roughly speaking, is also the same. Buckets row 3 m3 each. But SAM, when fully loaded, gets 3.3 cubes.
But their boxes are fundamentally different, on SEM 4 forward and 4 back, and on SDLG 2 forward and one back. Accordingly, the speeds are different, the SEM in the 4th forward gear gives out 45 km / h, and the SDLG gives a maximum of 38 km / h.
The bottom line is that it is easier to find spare parts on SEMs, at least in our region. I don’t know about others, maybe somewhere with SEMs it’s more difficult, but with SDLG it’s easier, in general I won’t argue.

And where the loader FOTON LOVOL we used loaders of various brands and in terms of reliability, load capacity and speed of operations with loaders FOTON LOVOL is comparable only to Kamatsu.
